On completion of vocational training, the trainees are absorbed by the collaborating organisations. The Jan Shikshan Sansthan provides placement for all the beneficiaries in the related skills undergone by the trainees. 100% employment is assured for the beneficiaries of JSS undergoing full time training programmes. The beneficiaries of self employment related trades of course duration from 15 days to 6 months (part time - 2 hours per day) are also helped in getting employment and providing Entrepreneurship training to become self-employed and generate new employment avenues. Customarily, every trainee of Avinashilingam Jan Shikshan Sansthan is motivated to start his or her own enterprise within a short span. It is found that one self – employed beneficiary is able to provide employment for 21 persons on an average. The following are the views of the employers about the JSS beneficiaries.
