Avinashilingam Jan Shikshan Sansthan has the inbuilt system of collaborating net work. Excellent rapport has been developed with collaborators of various kinds in Coimbatore such as industries, motor vehicles service stations (Two wheeler, light, heavy vehicles and auto electrical) Refrigerator and Air conditioners repairing centers, hospitals, educational and technical Institutions, Government departments, Non-Governmental organizations, etc. More than 700 organisations of these kinds are providing on the job practical training/ resource persons/ stipend/ employment/ contracts in job work.

The selected boys and girls, men and women of various courses are placed in such organisations for 6-8 hours a day to work on the job and learn the practical skills. This sort of practical training is more useful to the learners as it is being given in the actual field situation instead of a model laboratory established for this purpose. The very strength of this JSS is its collaborators.
The advantages of this system are:

i) The learners acquire the practical skills in a short time.
ii) The learners get employment immediately after the training.
iii) The learners get inspiration and motivation to take up self – employment in future.
iv) The employers get employees trained in their own atmosphere and reliably fit for the job.

Theory and life enrichment education are given in Avinashilingam Jan Shikshan Sansthan and its extension centers located in industries, slums, and rural areas for 1 ½ hours to 2 hours a day. To impart these the services of guest facilities are obtained from other educational and technical institutions, Government departments, banks, industries, hospitals, etc.
